According to ISPR, a reception was hosted by Pakistan High Com
mission in the honour of General Bajwa, who is on official visit to U.K.
COAS interacted with the UK-based Pakistani community. COAS apprised them about environ
ment in Pakistan, achievements in efforts against terrorism and projected its results through whole of nation approach. He hailed role of overseas Pakistanis towards progress of Pakistan and assured them that Pakistan Army shall perform its due r
ole towards securit
y of Pakistan.
All Pakistanis
expressed their pride in role and contributions of Pakistan Army towards well being of Pakistan.
Earlier, on arrival COAS was received by Pakistan’s High Com
missioner to UK, Syed Ibne Abbas.
